Night Rainbow

The Night Rainbow was commissioned by the Blackpool Illuminations Department to form part of the Councils Neighborhood Regeneration Initiative. It is located in oldest part of Blackpool. Powered by light and artificial rain mist, it occupies a currently disused traffic island. By adding a spell of magic to a neglected village square it invites tourists into a largely forgotten part of Blackpool and serves as a catalyst to encourage further regeneration and investment in the neighborhood.
